Shipping Times
Most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. It may take up to 1 business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website from the date your order is shipped. Order tracking is available for orders placed within the last 60 days. Please click on the
Track Order link to track a shipped order.
Please note:
Bee Thrifty does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.

Inorder to insure the best shipping rates possible, we use several different types of delivery services including; USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, DHL & others
Shipping Costs
We try very hard to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. On many of our products you will notice Free Shipping. If you feel that our shipping rates are too high please let us know and we will see if we can help make it more reasonable.
Multiple Shipments
The items in your order may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged. Most packages are trackable via the carriers' websites.
Returns & Exchanges
We try to visually check against damage or defects prior to the shipping, however, if you find a problem with our merchandise please refer to the following guidelines.
We will issue a credit (store credit only) for defective or damaged merchandise. The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy.
There will be a 30% restocking charge on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective.
All sales are final on promotional, sales (including closeouts), and special ordered items.
All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to the return items without the complete original packaging materials as they have to be discarded.
We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
